People flock to theaters when a new DC Comics movie comes out, or they anxiously await the arrival of a new season of a DC show. Geoff Johns, the creator of Stargirl, released season 1 of the show last year and plans to release season 2 later this year. After the streaming service DC Universe discontinued its platform in early 2021, The CW picked up Stargirl and renewed it for a second season. You can watch every full-length episode for free on The CW website, though you may have to watch some commercials intermittently.

If you’d like to own all of the episodes of Stargirl so you can download them and watch them on-the-go, Apple TV lets you purchase individual episodes for $2.99. You can also get the entire season in one transaction for $24.99, which ends up saving you quite a bit of money if you plan to purchase the entire season anyway.
After purchasing episodes, you can watch them on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or other Apple devices.
- Amazon Streaming
Amazon also offers instant downloads of episodes, and like other streaming services, each episode costs $2.99 in HD and $1.99 in SD. The entire first season on Amazon, however, costs $23.99 for both high definition and standard definition. This is currently the best deal for purchasing the show.
